Why did I wait so long? That’s the question I keep asking myself. My hearing loss occurred over a long period of time, so I got used to not hearing as well as I should be able to. But at the urging of my wife and friends, I finally got tested. The test you gave was quite extensive and showed the severity of my hearing loss. Your recommendation of the "Phonak Audio S Smart" to correct my hearing problems was spot on! After fitting and fine tuning the aids, I am amazed at what I am hearing! And stunned by what I have been missing over the years. I can now hear individual conversations in a crowded, noisy room, where before, all I heard were jumbled bits of speech. I can hear birds singing. I can hear crickets singing. I can now hear all the notes in my favorite music. And my wife is enjoying my new hearing as much as I am…she no longer has to repeat herself all the time!
